Refund Policy

If you are dissatisfied with your product, you can utilize our warranty policy (subject to terms and conditions) within 7 days of receipt to request an exchange or refund.

If you would like to return an item, please contact our customer service team by email or telephone. The details for contacting our customer service can be found in your invoice or order confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse the return of incomplete or damaged products.

Our service exchange program offers our customers the opportunity to recycle their old components by trading them in for an immediate replacement. You have 7 days from the delivery date to send us your exchange device(s). If the item(s) are not returned, you will be charged the difference.

If received the wrong item.

If you receive items that do not match your order, we ask that you contact us within 7 days to arrange a return. Otherwise the right of return expires. We will replace the item as soon as possible.

If you no longer need the item.

If you no longer need your item, notify us within 7 days. Fenixon offers a refund or credit of up to 80% of the price, excluding delivery and return costs.

Returns must be made as provided in the original delivery. Including all products, all packaging materials and all accessories.

The seals on the original packaging must be intact.

We offer a guarantee of up to 12 months for our products.

If you have any problems within this period from the delivery date, please contact our customer service.

If items were damaged in transit, you should notify us immediately. Please contact our customer service. We will replace the device. If a replacement is not available, we will refund you using your chosen payment method. Transport costs will also be refunded if the damage is due to our packaging and/or the carrier.

Guarantee

All products we supply are in perfect working condition and are covered by our warranty of at least 12 months.

The warranty period begins on the day the product is delivered to the customer.

There are no customs fees for deliveries within the EU. For deliveries outside the EU, we usually ship DAP and customs clearance and costs are your responsibility.
